چکیده:

مواد پوشیدنی که در مواجهه با عوامل جنگ شیمیایی (CWAs) از بدن محافظت می کنند نه تنها باید توانایی ایجاد مانع از عبور بخار این مواد شیمایی را دارند بلکه توانایی انتقال بخار آب به منظور خنک کردن را نیز دارند. تنها تعداد محدودی از چنین مواد CWA"قابل هوادهی" شناسایی شده اند. یک نوع جدید از مواد ارگانیک و معدنی فیلم کامپوزیت ارائه شده است که نرخ انتقال بخار آب بسیار بالایی دارند ( برای فیلم به کلفتی 220 μm) و توانایی جلوگیری از نفوذ عامل خردل 2-chloroethyl ethyl sulfide (CEES) بعد از گذشت 22 ساعت قرار گرفتن در معرض آن را دارند. این ماده کامپوزیت جدید مبتنی بر جزء اساسی می باشد: (1) پلیمر مایع یونی دارای عامل دیول پیوندی در دمای اتاق که به عنوان ماده متراکم عمل می کند، ماتریس هیدروفیل انعطاف پذیر، و (2) زئولیت عمومی (سدیم زئولیت -Y (NaY)) که هنگامی که وارد فیلم می شود به عنوان افزدونی ارزان قیمت nucleophilic از نظر شیمیایی مقدار CEES را تنزل می دهد. مطالعات اولیه FT-IR روی این ماده جدید نشان می دهد که گروه های OH در این پلیمر یونی نه تنها انتقال بخار آب را آسان می کند بلکه می تواند به بخارهای مربوط به خردل فعال برای واکنش با NaY تعبیه شده کمک کند.

ABSTRACT: Garment materials that provide protection against exposure to toxic chemical warfare agents (CWAs) not only require the ability to block the passage of these toxic compounds in vapor form but also the ability to transport water vapor to allow cooling for the wearer. Only a very limited number of examples of such “breathable” CWA barrier materials are known. A new type of reactive organic/inorganic composite film material is presented that has a very high water vapor transport rate (>1800 g m−2 day−1 for a 220-μm-thick film) and the ability to completely block penetration of the mustard agent simulant, 2-chloroethyl ethyl sulfide (CEES), after 22 h of continuous exposure. This new composite material is based on two components:(1) a cross-linked, diol-functionalized room-temperature ionic liquid polymer that serves as a dense, flexible hydrophilic matrix,and (2) a basic zeolite (sodium zeolite-Y (NaY)) that serves as an inexpensive, nucleophilic additive that chemically degrades theCEES as it enters the film. Preliminary FT-IR studies on this new reactive barrier material suggest that the OH groups on the ionic polymer not only facilitates water vapor transport but may also help activate mustard-type vapors for reaction with the imbedded NaY

چکیده :

نوآوری برای بقای سازمانی عنصری کلید است بنابراین مطالعه ی فرآیندی که از نوآوری پشتیبانی می کند مورد علاقه ی محققان و شاغلین می باشد. مدل چند لایه ای Schein مربوط به فرهنگ سازمانی ساختار کاربردی ای را برای تفکر در خصوص فرآیند پرورش نوآوری ارائه می دهد. معنی مشخصه این مدل دقیق بودن آن و تمایز مهم بین "لایه های" مختلف فرهنگ سازمانی است (به عنوان مثال ارزش ها و هنجار ها، رفتار و ابزار). فرض اساسی این مطالعه این است که مدل Schein یک توصیف مهار کردنی از فرآیند های فرهنگی که نوآوری سازمانی را پشتیبانی می کنند ارائه می کند، به خصوص در شرکت های خدماتی. با وجود پژوهش شهودی و مقادیر کاربردی ساختار ادارکی تحقیق تجربی در رابطه با مدل محدود است.

Innovation is the key to organizational survival and therefore the study of processes that support innovation should be of interest to researchers and practitioners alike. Scheinsmulti-layeredmodel of organizational culture offers a useful framework for thinking about processes that foster innovation. A defining characteristic of the model is the subtle but important distinctions between the varied “layers” of organizational culture (i.e., values and norms, artifacts and behaviors). The basic assumption of this study is that Scheins model offers a tractable explanation of cultural processes that support organizational innovation, especially in service firms. Despite the intuitive appeal and practical value of Scheins conceptual framework, empirical research in relation to the model is limited. This paper develops a rationale for an empirical model based on Scheins conceptual model; the study reports a test of an empirical model. Data collected from approximately 100 principals of law firms provides a suitable empirical context for a test of the model. The findings generally support the hypothesized relationships. A key result is how layers of organizational culture, particularly norms, artifacts, and innovative behaviors, partially mediate the effects of values that support innovation on measures of firm performance. The findings have implications for theory and practice, especially in relation to building an organizational culture within professional service firms that fosters innovative behavior
